About The Apartment
Il nome dell'appartamento? Un omaggio sentito a mia madre che, quando le facevo scherzi da bambina, mi chiamava "Fòla", che in piemontese significa "sciocchina". Un mix di gioia e felicità vi aspetta tra le mura di Ca' Fola, dove il divertimento è di casa, proprio come quando mia mamma mi chiama ancora così oggi!
L'appartamento è progettato per offrirti sia comfort che praticità durante il tuo soggiorno. Dagli interni eleganti alle attenzioni nei dettagli, il nostro obiettivo è farti sentire a casa.
La nostra camera matrimoniale con balcone e armadio. Qui, d’estate ci si sveglia con la luce del sole e la brezza estiva che si mescolano al profumo del cioccolato della Ferrero, regalandoci momenti di puro relax e dolcezza.
La cucina open space: completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari e piano cottura a induzione. Il comfort è garantito dal condizionatore d'aria e un balcone che si affaccia sul tranquillo cortile interno.
Spazi e stanze
Soggiorno open space: uno spazio accogliente e funzionale per rilassarsi e socializzare. Il comodo divano trasformabile in letto offre flessibilità agli ospiti, con la possibilità di preparare il letto in anticipo su richiesta o di lasciare tutto il necessario per farlo comodamente quando necessario.
Ampio bagno con comfort essenziali: doccia, WC e bidet. Uno spazio pensato per il relax e la praticità , dove ogni dettaglio è pensato per garantire comfort e funzionalità .
Piazza Böblingen: Un’oasi verde a pochi passi da casa. Il grande parco offre campi di beach volley e basket per divertirsi all'aria aperta. Ideale per portare i propri animali o far giocare i bambini, è il luogo perfetto per trascorrere momenti di svago e relax immersi nel verde.
Benvenuti nel nostro appartamento ad Alba! Per garantire un soggiorno piacevole e senza problemi, vi preghiamo di leggere attentamente le seguenti regole:
Check-in e Check-out:
- Il check-in è possibile a partire dalle 14:00 del giorno di arrivo.
- Il check-out deve avvenire entro le 11:00 del giorno di partenza.
- Vi preghiamo di comunicare l'orario di arrivo almeno 24 ore prima del check-in.

- L'appartamento può ospitare fino a 3 persone.

- Prendi l’uscita verso Alba Est
- Alla rotonda, prendi la 2^ uscita e prosegui dritto mantenendo la sinistra per raggiungere un’altra rotonda e qui prendere la 3^ uscita.
- Supera il ponte sul Tanaro e alla successiva rotonda prendi la 1^ uscita su C.so Piera Cillario.

- Prosegui fino all’incrocio e svolta a destra su via Vivaro.
- Qui puoi posteggiare l’auto nei parcheggi bianchi oppure svoltare a destra su via S. di Santarosa e parcheggiare lungo la via sotto gli alberi sul lato sinistro o accedere al parcheggio nel cortile dalla sbarra.

About The Apartment
The apartment's name? A heartfelt tribute to my mother who, when I played pranks on her as a child, used to call me 'Fòla,' which in Piedmontese means 'silly girl.' A mix of joy and happiness awaits you within the walls of Ca' Fola, where fun is at home, just like when my mom still calls me that today!
The apartment is designed to offer you both comfort and convenience during your stay. From elegant interiors to attention to detail, our goal is to make you feel at home.
Our double room with wardrobe and balcony. Here, in the summer, one wakes up with the sunlight and the summer breeze that mix with the scent of Ferrero chocolate, giving you moments of pure relaxation and sweetness.
The open-plan kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including an induction hob. Comfort is ensured by the air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the peaceful inner courtyard.

Böblingen Square: A green oasis just steps away from home. The large park offers beach volleyball and basketball courts for outdoor fun. Ideal for bringing your pets or letting your children play, it's the perfect place to spend leisure and relaxation moments surrounded by greenery.

- Take the exit towards Alba East.
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and continue straight, keeping left to reach another roundabout and then take the 3rd exit.
- Cross the bridge over the Tanaro River, and at the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Corso Piera Cillario.

- Continue to the intersection and turn right onto Via Vivaro.
- Here you can park your car in the white parking spaces or turn right onto Via S. di Santarosa and park along the street under the trees on the left side or access the parking lot in the courtyard through the barrier.
